Former Nigerian President Olusegun Obasanjo on Monday held a private meeting with ex-Military President Ibrahim Babangida at Babangida’s residence in Minna, Niger State.
The meeting, which lasted approximately 30 minutes, followed Obasanjo’s arrival at the Minna International Airport, where he was received by state government protocol officials before proceeding to Babangida’s uphill home.
Neither the Babangida residence nor any official source has commented on the content or purpose of the discussions. No official statement had been released at the time of reporting.
