Grammy-winning Nigerian singer Burna Boy has responded to online reports that cite his net worth as $22 million, a figure he suggests is significantly inaccurate.
In a recent interview, the artist laughed when presented with the estimate from Google. “I prefer them saying that, that’s cool. I like that one. They are way off,” he stated. Burna Boy went on to reflect on his financial success, calling it “truly a blessing to be in a situation to… take care of expenses for other people.”
The comment comes shortly after the singer made headlines for a separate incident at his “No Sign of Weakness” tour concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre. During the performance, Burna Boy stopped his set to ask a fan in the front row to leave, stating, “When I stand up here and see you over there with your girl sleeping. It pisses me.”
His reported acquisitions in 2025 illustrate a level of wealth beyond the $22 million figure. Burna Boy recently took delivery of Africa’s first 2025 Lamborghini Revuelto, valued at over $600,000. According to reports, his car collection—which includes models from McLaren, Ferrari, and Rolls-Royce—is estimated to be worth approximately $13 million alone.
