A Nigerian woman has gone viral after claiming that her home is cursed, blaming the property for a drastic downturn in her fortune.
In a TikTok video, the user @excellency_sky recounted that she initially rented the house for ₦15 million, only for the rent to be raised to ₦20 million after she moved in. Since then, she says, her life has taken a negative turn.
"When I came here, I came with 10 cars. Now I have only one car. Can you imagine?" she lamented in the clip.
She attributed her losses not only to the property itself but also to envious neighbors, stating, "This house doesn’t have luck. Anybody that comes into this house, even if you come with plenty money, you will go back with nothing."
The video has sparked a wave of mixed reactions online, with some viewers expressing sympathy for her dramatic loss, while others debated whether a physical location can genuinely influence personal fortune.
