VeryDarkMan Issues 24-Hour Ultimatum to Wizkid FC: “Unfollow Me or Lose Credibility”

Social media critic VeryDarkMan has challenged fans of singer Wizkid, known collectively as Wizkid FC, to unfollow him on Instagram within 24 hours, framing the demand as a test of their influence and integrity.

The ultimatum was issued after a fan claimed that 70% of Wizkid’s fanbase currently follows the controversial commentator. VeryDarkMan responded directly to the assertion, daring the fanbase to prove it by mass-unfollowing him.

With over 2.8 million followers on Instagram, VeryDarkMan stated that if 70% of his audience truly belongs to Wizkid FC, his follower count should drop to around 840,000 within a day.

“Your integrity as a fan base depends on this,” he declared in a video message. “If you don’t [unfollow], don’t ever open your mouth again to talk to me in this manner.”

This latest clash extends from ongoing online exchanges involving Wizkid, his fans, and critics—including previous remarks from VeryDarkMan questioning Wizkid’s artistry. The tension has been further fueled by the recent public debate between Wizkid and Seun Kuti over Fela Kuti’s legacy.

As the clock ticks on the 24-hour window, observers are watching to see whether Wizkid FC will mobilize to meet the challenge or disregard the call. The outcome is likely to spark further conversation about fan influence, social media credibility, and the dynamics of online celebrity conflicts.
